Attorney Haque is the founding attorney of the Law Office of Mohaimina Haque PLLC and an Adjunct Professor of Law at American University Washington College of Law. Her practice brings together immigration, corporate, franchise, trademark, and transaction experience.
Her perspective is shaped by service in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division—where she received the Assistant Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Work—and later as an Honors Attorney at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Her executive leadership has also included serving as the first female CEO of Romacorp, the parent company of Tony Roma’s.
